The Pre-Visit
Welcome New Sustain the Mane Member! :) You’ve received a booking notification as well as a reminder email and/or text 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment. You confidently feel excited and ready for appointment day!
The Holistic Experience
When you arrive, I greet you with a warm hello and offer you remineralized r.o. water or organic herbal tea. The earthy note of palo santo permeates the air. You get cozy in your chair by the lovely fireplace heater and check out the healthy snacks I knew you’d love. We get to know each other a bit and then revisit your pictures of inspiration + your hair goals.
After thoroughly pre-assessing your hair and communicating which shape, style and/or color is desired and personally best for you, together we confirm our detailed plan of action going forward with our end goal in mind.
I then guide you to the shampoo bowl as I fill you in on the spectacularly unique hair analysis system I use to understand the current state and needs of your hair + scalp; I identify the missing links for ultimate health and pre-treat the hair + scalp accordingly before our color or cut service. You see how this makes all the difference for truly sustaining healthy hair!
I share not only how my eco-friendly salon practices + clean chemistry products benefit you and tie in to each part of our process today, but how this benefits the whole as well. We take off into deep conversation like we’ve known each other for years . . . making your salon experience above + beyond the rest; sustaining your mane, body + soul. You let out a sigh of relief and smile as I get to work . . .
After Goodbye
After quality time spent, we share a friendly hug and you confidently walk away looking and feeling absolutely RADIANT! You’re amazed at how nourished your mane, body + soul feels . . . and especially amazed at how beautiful your mane looks + naturally sustains itself for weeks on end! The clean chemistry organic professional take home products are just icing on the cake.
